At ASHwell, we understand that discussing sexual health can sometimes feel uncomfortable or intimidating. That's why our approach is centered around client-centered communication; you'll talk to us as if you're talking to a trusted fri. We prioritize respecting your individuality, encouraging you to embrace your unique self.

Explore Our Offerings:

We provide office visits and laboratory services out-of-pocket costs for our clients, thanks to support from the City of Austin and Austin Public Health.

Medication Access:

Almost all medications are provided free of charge regardless of health insurance status. If you're struggling with medication access, please contact a dedicated medication access specialist at 512 900-3116, Option 1 for assistance.

Pre-exposure Prophylaxis PrEP:

A dly pill that reduces the risk of HIV infection by up to 99. We are here to help you start this important step towards better health. Call us at 512 900-3116 or book your appointment now.

Post-exposure Prophylaxis PEP:

An emergency medication taken after potential exposure to HIV, with a window period of up to 72 hours.

HIV Treatment and Testing:

If you are HIV positive and have an undetectable viral load, you can safely engage in sexual activities without the risk of transmitting it. Let's discuss if treatment is right for you.

Hepatitis C Cure:

Almost everyone living with hepatitis C HCV now has access to a cure that takes only 8-12 weeks, taken once dly.

Sexually Transmitted Infections Services:

At ASHwell, we offer sex-positive counseling, testing, diagnosis, and treatment services for sexually transmitted infections STIs.
