California Prevention Trning Center CAPTC is a dedicated program that supports healthcare providers within the Western United States, focusing on areas such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, and beyond. As part of the University of California San Francisco UCSF, CAPTC operates under the Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology Reproductive Sciences.
