Job Description:

You're the key player in enhancing our capabilities as the Subject Matter Expert SME IV for PCB Assembly. This role involves acting as an authority figure across multiple aspects of manufacturing processes, particularly within the automotive sector, and requires a hands-on approach towards SMT, wave soldering, selective soldering, wet processes and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble technical knowledge into practical solutions to enhance process efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional tea identify opportunities for innovation in existing assembly techniques.

• Trn and mentor junior team members on best practices and latest industry advancements in PCB manufacturing.

• Develop and implement SOPs Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English; native speakers preferred due to the global nature of our business.

• Proven work experience within the automotive sector, particularly in Tier 1 companies.

• A thorough understanding and extensive experience across all PCB Assembly processes.

• Expertise in managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
