Stepped Care is an adolescent-centered approach designed to meet young people's needs efficiently and cost-effectively. The digital health ecosystem facilitates coordination among stakeholders while providing youth-frily sexual and reproductive health services through both online and offline platforms. This model ensures access to non-judgmental information, enabling individuals to navigate the system regardless of ger, sexuality, ethnicity, or disability.
Stepped Care encourages comprehensive collaboration among all players involved in adolescent sexual and reproductive health. Users interact with a unified brand through a web-based platform that delivers high-quality, engaging content on SRHR issues. Self-assessment tools direct individuals to further online and offline services based on their unique requirements. As the care-seeking journey progresses, users are referred to higher levels of interaction including chat services, hotlines, and face-to-face consultations with healthcare professionals when necessary. This model balances reach at lower steps with self-care capabilities while minimizing costs.
